A beautiful dream

Our dream: a house of our own in Umbria has come true.

We even bought two houses: one for ourselves, and next to it a beautiful rental house.

We are real Italy lovers. Especially Umbria has conquered our hearts. Umbria is still pure and authentic.

 

It is as if time stands still; away from the hectic everyday life. This in combination with the beautiful surroundings and wide views gives us a boost of powerful energy.

We would like to share this experience with others.

 

This spot on the mountain is magical. When you get there you get quiet; such peace. Campecolle Alto Residence is in the middle of nature: beautiful architecture and a wonderful view over the green valley.

A perfect combination of, on the one hand, the tranquility of the estate and, on the other hand, the numerous cozy, bustling towns make this place unique.

 

The culture, the kind people, the Italian food, Lago Trasimeno, Umbria Jazz, the beautiful old picturesque towns and the southern ambience fill us with warmth and joy.

 

We have a composite family and our four children no longer live at home. We have also become grandparents and we enjoy our grandchild immensely. Coen works for himself as a business economist and Laura has a practice in the field of giftedness 'La Luna'. In our work we are both concerned with the components: 'connection' and 'happiness'. The thing we would like to pass on. Happiness comes from within and also has to do with making choices and daring to go for something. This is also what we did; creating our dream place in Umbria.

 

The rental house is furnished with taste and love. We find it important that people feel welcome. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and in the garden there is a BBQ and a garden table for six. On the lounge sofa you can enjoy a snack and a drink with beautiful views. There are six sunbeds available to enjoy the sun.

We have provided: cookbooks, games (including werewolves), children's books (including Harry Potter), books and candles for cozy evenings.
